How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 2-5 business days of production time. Delivery time may vary depending on shipping option, destination and other factors and may take additional days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Who can I contact about my order?

All order inquiries should be directed to support@helloparadise.clothing . 

Please do not send DM to Instagram or Facebook. They are easily overlooked.

All business inquiries must be sent via email for consideration!

How quickly will I receive an answer?

Email response time is 24-48 business hours. (excluding weekends).

 

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can you add this after ordering?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to add a promotional code. Please make sure to enter the promotional codes in the “Promotion Code” field during check out.

Can you tell me how I will be charged for customs and import fees?

We currently only ship within Germany.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin processing your order immediately and cannot cancel your order.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin processing your order immediately and will not be able to add or remove items from your order.

What happens if I need to change my address?

Please double check your address as we are unlikely to be able to update it once your order has been placed.

Why didn't my discount code work?

Please make sure you have entered it correctly. If it still doesn't work, it may have expired. Email support@helloparadise.clothing.

What happens if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, send an email to support@helloparadise.clothing with a photo and your order number and we will take care of you.
